Mum, Social Worker, Creator and Designer Melinda has created Here we go Loopy Lou and is inspired by all things vintage, unique and of course beautiful. Even her business name makes us think of a bygone time.

What to do with great fabrics from me2me2?

Jacqui from Meeabee lives in Osaka, Japan and is a truly talented inspiration to us all. Featured is a wonderful Red Riding Bag which was a custom order for a student that wanted to carry textbooks and her laptop in a strong padded bag. The order was for a Fairtale Theme. Jacqui lined the whole bag with quilting batting. She used Kokka Red Riding Hood fabric and found matching Kokka Trefle buttons. She had a vision of the path leading to the Granny’s house and used gorgeous pink & cream rickrack to give that effect. She also added extra rickrack trim to the outer pocket.
